Our vision is to enable positive sustained change for young people and their families, by building effective relationships underpinned by our belief in capacity to change. All our staff are supported to implement innovative new ways of working through our Focus on Practice (systemic practice) programme.
We are seeking to appoint a motivated and creative, professional, experienced Worker to join our new Shared Service ISS project and help drive our work forward.
The ISS Project Worker will work with the team of full and part time staff and assist in delivering the ISS programme across H&F, RBKC and WCC. Delivering high quality programmes to young people requiring high intensive support and monitoring to assist them in desisting from offending. The young people will be on statutory orders where engagement and compliance is crucial in assisting them to achieve a positive outcomes. You will work with young people and their families, delivering of a variety of methods and interventions that support their capacity to positively change. You will work within National and Local Standards, adhering to relevant legislation pertaining to children and young people including public protection and victim safety.
