Client Affairs Officer, Corporate Finance Located in Social Care
We are recruiting a Client Affairs Officer to assist the Senior Customer Financial Officer in the provision of appointeeship and deputyship service to protect the interests and finances of residents.
The successful candidate will have case officer responsibility for residents in respect of appointeeship, deputyship, property protection, burials, and estate cases.
They will also administer the finance and individual accounts of appointeeship and deputyship residents in accordance with the financial regulations of the Council. This will include claiming resident benefits from the Department of Works & Pensions and other sources of income. Payment of resident’s bills, issuing monies via a prepaid bank card, reconciliation of personal/bank accounts.
